Owner of the giant media group Mir Shakil-ur-Rahman appeared before National Accountability Bureau Lahore.

NAB Lahore asked some questions from Mir Shakil-ur-Rahman.

NAB asked him the names of legal heirs of the property he had bought illegally. In addition to this, NAB also asked him which children of Mohammad Ali he personally met.

NAB also inquired about the death of Mohammad Ali son of Mehtab Ali. Apart from that, NAB also asked Mir Shakil-ur-Rahman why did the Mohammad Ali’s children make him the attorney general

NAB also asked when and where did Mir Shakil meet Mohammad Ali.

Owner of a private media group Mir Shakil-ur-Rahman was presented before National Accountability Bureau Lahore on 5th March 2020.

According to details, he explained the whole situation about why he took the 54-Kanal land on lease.

Mir Shakil-ur-Rahman had taken the land on lease in 1986. He has been accused of leasing 54 kanals of land against the merit.

Mir Shakil-ur-Rahman has allegedly 54-Kanal plots on lease from the former PMLN chairperson Nawaz Shareef.

NAB sources said that he had been given plots on lease in 1986.

NAB sources said that he had been asked to present himself with complete documents to record the statement.
