A report has been prepared by the Sindh government for the self-notice case related to the prevention of Corona epidemic which will be submitted to the Supreme Court.

According to the report of Sindh government, a 50-bed hospital in Gulistan-e-Johar and a 200-bed Sindh Disease Control Hospital have been activated due to COVID-19.

The report said that Rs 34 billion has been allocated for economic stabilization, Rs 3917 million has been allocated in the development budget for social security, poverty alleviation while 31.6 per cent will be spent on infrastructure development in the development budget, water supply and sanitation in the development budget. It will cost 12.06%.

According to the report, Rs 45.790 billion has been allocated in the budget for development works in Karachi. The Sindh government has spent less on new vehicles than all the provinces except Balochistan.

Earlier, Pakistan is rapidly witnessing recoveries from the deadly coronavirus, government’s  COVID-19 portal has confirmed that 203269 people have recovered and went back home.

According to the details, Pakistan has confirmed 46 deaths in a single day by novel coronavirus as the number of positive cases has surged to 263,496. The nationwide tally of fatalities has jumped to 5,568.
