Coronavirus cases have started decreasing in Pakistan. The country has reported 8 deaths in the last 24 hours whereas 634 new cases have been reported.

According to details, the country has currently 284,121 confirmed cases of Covid-19 out of which 6,082 have died and 260,248 have recovered.

According to the latest figures by the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC), the number of active cases is 17,791 out of which 791 patients are in serious condition.

Around 2,127,089 Covid-19 tests have been conducted in Pakistan so far, 23,390 in the last 24 hours.

Sindh has the highest number of coronavirus cases, followed by Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Islamabad.

The number of confirmed cases in provinces includes 123,546 in Sindh, 94,360 in Punjab, 34,635 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 15,241 in Islamabad, 11,884 in Balochistan, 2,134 in Azad Kashmir and 2,321 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

On the other hand, the number of deaths related in Covid-19 in provinces is 2,262 in Sindh, 2,169 in Punjab, 1,230 in KP, 137 in Balochistan, 171 in Islamabad, 55 in GB and 58 in Azad Kashmir.
