Lockdown eases in Islamabad, places to remain close in Karachi

On Friday, the corona restrictions have been lifted up from the shops in the federal capital, Islamabad.

According to details, all business centers and shops will now be allowed to be open at any hour of the time. As well as, the shops will remain open as usual throughout the week.

As per the Deputy Commissioner Islamabad, restaurants, cafes, beauty parlors, and barbershops will remain closed in the capital city.

There are still restrictions to go to the churches, shrines, and fitness centers in Islamabad.

The Deputy Commissioner Islamabad said that notification of lifting the ban on these will be issued shortly.

On the other hand, places in Karachi will remain closed. Although permission was granted to open restaurants, marriage halls, and parks from August 10.

According to details, the decision will be taken after the approval of the task force headed by the Chief Minister, Commissioner Karachi Iftikhar Shalawani.
