Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that not all provinces are being given rights under the 18th amendment.

Addressing the Independence Day celebrations, Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that we have always complained that not all provinces are being given their due under the 18th Amendment. That is why we are facing problems and resource constraints.

Chairman PPP said that provinces are not being given a share of NFC award, we are solving people’s problems with less resources. Sindh government has taken soft loan from World Bank.

Bilawal Bhutto said that public space is very important for any living society. Public space here is also a great facility for the people of Karachi. People from all over Sindh come to the Sindh Secretariat to solve their problems.

“We have also repaired all the roads here. It will be very beneficial for the monsoon season every year,” he said. This is the first project, we will take the whole of Karachi from such projects to improvement.

Chairman PPP said that Neighborhood Improvement Program is also underway in Malir. He said that he would complete it by September 30.

Bilawal Bhutto said that when we are not getting our money from the federation, we are improving the city with the help of the World Bank.
