As a result of unprovoked firing by the Indian Army on the Line of Control (LOC), Naik Dil Frazier of the Pakistan Army was martyred while the Indian Army suffered heavy casualties in retaliation.

According to the Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR), the Indian Army is continuing to violate the ceasefire agreement on the LoC. The Indian Army opened heavy fire on the LoC Kot Katira sector, as a result of which 34 years old Naik Dil Frazier resident of Village Panjkot Muzaffarabad embraced shahadat fighting valiantly in the line of duty.

The ISPR said that the Pakistan Army retaliated by targeting the Indian posts. In retaliation, the Indian Army suffered heavy losses.

It may be recalled that on September 23, two Pakistani soldiers were martyred as a result of unprovoked Indian firing on Coal OC.

The Indian Army had opened heavy fire on the LoC Deva Sector and in the exchange of fire, soldier Noorul Hassan and soldier Wasim Ali were martyred.
