Prime Minister Imran Khan will inaugurate the Sehat Card Plus Program for the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) in Swat on Friday.

In a news briefing on Thursday, Health Minister Taimur Saleem Jhagra along with Special Assistant on Information Kamran Bangash disclosed about the inauguration.

Taimur Saleem Jhagra said program will be completely implemented across the KP province for 100% population by 31st January next year.

He said, in the first phase health insurance scheme has been started in six districts of Malakand division since 1st of this month.

Speaking on the occasion, Special Assistant to Chief Minister on Information Kamran Bangash said Prime Minister Imran Khan has encouraged provincial government for tremendous steps.

Moreover, the premier will also initiate Hassan Abdal Railway Station on November 06.

According to the details, Hassan Abdal railway station has been constructed at a cost of 300 million rupee. It consists the grand and the first floors.

Clean and cold water plants have been installed for the convenience of the passengers. Apart from this, a canteen has also been constructed along with the waiting area.

A new tubewell has also been installed to meet the water requirement of Hassan Abdal railway station as well as installation of 300 KV generator for uninterrupted power supply.
