The Pakistan Navy, in continuation to its efforts for uplift of health standards prominently under the Covid-19 scenario, established a free medical camp in the Ormara area of Balochistan.
According to the Naval Spokesperson, the Pakistan Navy as a manifestation of its commitment provided continued quality medical treatment. The present medical assistance drive is another demonstration of this Nobel resolve.
Naval Spokesperson said that the medical camp was organized in collaboration with various charities. The medical camp conducted checkups of people suffering from hearing impairment.
The medical camp provided free examination facilities to hundreds of patients from local and adjoining areas through modern equipment and machinery.
Patients at the medical camp were also provided with free hearing aids. The purpose of the medical camp was to educate the locals about hearing problems, causes, precautions, and prevention.
The medical camp also provided information on the prevention of other deadly diseases, especially coronavirus.
In addition, Patients were comprehensively briefed and enlightened about common infectious diseases and their preventive measures, particularly on the COVID-19 pandemic.
