ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) leader Chaudhry Fawad Hussain on Saturday said the Lahore High Court, through its order on March 17, had stopped the arrest of PTI Chairman Imran Khan in any case till March 21 (Tuesday).
He said violation of the court order would be contempt of court.
Meanwhile, police have banned entry of journalists as well in the judicial complex where hearing of the Toshakhana case against Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan is going to take place, Bol News reported.
Even the relevant court reporters are not being allowed to enter the judicial complex. Whereas, the session judge had approved a list of journalists for entry into the court.
Police said they had orders from the higher authorities to not let them enter the judicial complex.
Meanwhile, Islamabad Inspector General of Police Nasir Akbar on Saturday said police had taken measures to stop any untoward accident during hearing of the Toshakhana case at the judicial complex, Bol News reported.
