The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has dismissed rumors regarding alterations to the Child Registration Certificate (CRC) issuance policy, commonly known as the B-form.

Contrary to earlier reports suggesting the necessity of a medical certificate and a December 31 deadline for acquiring the B-form, NADRA clarified on X (Twitter) that no changes are being contemplated or implemented in the issuance process.

The authority emphatically stated, “Neither any sort of changes are under consideration about the issuance of B-form, nor there are any changes.”

NADRA appealed to the public to refrain from spreading misinformation. The CRC, a registration document for minors below 18, can be obtained by submitting documented proof of childbirth from the union council, according to NADRA.
