Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab has requested the fans to take care of cleanliness in the stadium during the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

On Wednesday, a PSL 9 match was played between Karachi Kings and Islamabad United at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi.

A large number of fans did not come to watch this match, but some of those who came to watch the match threw garbage in the stands of the stadium, the picture of which was shared by the mayor of Karachi on social media.

Wahab, while uploading a picture of garbage in Karachi Stadium on X, wrote that this is a picture of only one stand of National Cricket Stadium, if we citizens do not play our role then the city can never be clean.

He wrote that we should stop throwing garbage like this, all these plastic bags eventually end up in drains and sewers and clog up our disposal systems, please think about it.

Earlier, Wahab has said that the problems of the people of Karachi have to be solved, Naeem-ur-Rehman would have become the Secretary of the United Nations if things had worked.

Additionally, if someone doesn’t like me or my party, it’s okay, but it is essential to think about Karachi, I do not believe in causing trouble to people through this protest.

Liaquat Ali Khan hoisted the flag of Pakistan in the same assembly, it is the same assembly that is being surrounded.
