Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) efforts to form the government were intensified, Bol News reported on Saturday.
The party sources revealed that PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif has met PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif and informed about the progress in the meeting with Asif Ali Zardari.
The sources further added that a three member committee has been formed by the league leadership to contact independent candidates, Ishaq Dar, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, and Rana Sanaullah are included in the committee.
Moreover, Party surpermo Nawaz Sharif gave the committee the task of speeding up contacts with independent candidates and also assigned Shehbaz Sharif the task of contacting independent candidates.
Earlier, PML- N chief invited the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), independent candidates, and other political parties to sit together for the country.
Addressing the workers, he said that the PML-N has emerged as the largest party in the general elections and we must take this country out of the crises.
He said that PML-N respects the mandate of the parties and parties respect everyone whether it is a party or independent people. He invited independent candidates to come and sit with us to get Pakistan out of its difficulties, our agenda is only and Only Pakistan is prosperous.
