KARACHI: Commissioner Karachi has imposed Section 144 in the coastal areas of Keamari in view of increasing public rush due to severe heat and heightened safety risks along the shoreline.

The ban includes swimming, bathing, and diving in the sea within Keamari’s coastal belt. Public movement and recreational activities along the shoreline have also been restricted under Section 144.

The restrictions will remain in place from May 23 to June 22, 2026.
