Usman Javed opens up about being mistreated on “Mere Humsafar” set

• Usman Javed is known for his role as Miral in “Jhok Sarkar”.

• The first role in Yakeen Ka Safar, with four dialogues cut out.

Usman Javed, known for his standout performance as the menacing Miral in “Jhok Sarkar”, quickly gained recognition by overshadowing many senior actors. Since then, he has taken on several notable projects. He will soon appear in “Jo Bachein Hain Sang Samait Lo” and is currently playing Kami in “Tan Man Neel o Neel”.

Usman Javed shared that “he actually did his first role in Yakeen Ka Safar where he just walked behind Shaz Khan’s character and his 4 dialogues were also cut out. He has been working since that day and Jhok Sarkar became his big break in the drama industry. He believes in hard work and his dedication is paying off now.”

He also revealed that “he was not briefed correctly about Mere Humsafar where he was called to play a character of Farhan Saeed’s friend. He shared that he was sitting on the set where a girl came and she misbehaved with the junior artists. He shared that junior artists are called “talent” and they are sometimes not treated correctly. After his own success, he always stands up against such practices.”
