Popular Pakistani actors Iqra Aziz and Yasir Hussain have revealed the name of their newborn daughter on social media. The couple welcomed their second child on January 24, 2026, and announced her name as Sophia Hussain.
Iqra shared an animated card on Instagram with the caption “Alhamduillah,” expressing her happiness over the new arrival. The card read, “Our hearts are full as we welcome our baby girl Sophia Hussain. Allah has blessed us with the most beautiful gift.”
Yasir also posted the news on Instagram, sharing a photo of the hospital ID band along with a heartfelt message. He thanked his wife for the precious moments and described the birth as a joyous occasion for their family.
The couple, who married in 2019, are already parents to a son. They announced Iqra’s second pregnancy in November 2025, sharing photos of her baby bump and celebrating the upcoming addition to their family. At the time, Iqra wrote, “Happily and chaotically we’re growing to four.”
For now, the couple has chosen to keep their daughter’s first photograph private. Fans and fellow celebrities have taken to social media to send congratulatory messages to the proud parents.
