ICC announces match officials for Pakistan Bangladesh Test in Rawalpindi

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the match officials for the Rawalpindi Test between Pakistan and Bangladesh starting from February 7-11.

The former West Indies captain Richie Richardson will serve as a match referee.

On-field umpires include Nigel Llong and Chris Gaffaney, Marais Erasmus as TV umpire and Shozab Raza as the fourth umpire.

Moreover, Gaffaney and Erasmus will tour Pakistan for the very first time in their umpiring career.

However, Nigel Llong returning to Pakistan after a decade.

He last stood as an on-field umpire in Pakistan between Pakistan and Sri Lanka in January 2009 during the ODI series.

Remember that the second match of the Test series will take place after the Pakistan Super League (PSL) along with one-off ODI.
