The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) disclosed on Sunday that Pakistani singer Ali Zafar will be performing at Pakistan Super League (PSL) 6 opening ceremony in Istanbul.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, there will be no official opening ceremony, however, the PCB announced that a music program has been filmed in Istanbul for the viewers.
PCB CEO Wasim Khan said,
“Ali Zafar will also be featured in the music show.”
He further said that Zafar will not be singing any song but will be acting in the program. Khan further added that Naseebo Lal is one of the artists who is shooting for the opening ceremony in Istanbul.
But the table was turned when Ali Zafar took to his official social media handle and announced that he will not be performing at the PSL 6 opening ceremony.
I will not be performing at the opening ceremony.
