The second Test match between India and England will take place in Visakhapatnam on February 2nd, and Sarfaraz Khan, an uncapped batter, has been added to the Indian lineup.
The 26-year-old has been a persistent candidate for selection ever since he finished 45 first-class matches with 3912 runs at an average of 69.85. He’s hit 11 fifty-five and fourteen hundreds.

It should be mentioned that Imam and Sarfaraz previously met in a Dubai-based U19 World Cup match in 2014.
Following their exclusion from the second Test, Ravindra Jadeja and KL Rahul dealt a double blow to India.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) acknowledged in a statement that Jadeja had a hamstring injury and Rahul experienced soreness in his right quadriceps on the fourth day of the first Test.
The BCCI declared that Sarfaraz, Washington Sundar, and Sourabh Kumar would be joining.
