Zimbabwe’s head coach Lalchand Rajput will not be a part of the Zimbabwe cricket team because the Indian Government did give him permission for the Pakistan tour
The Embassy of India in Harare wrote:
“Lalchand Rajput is an Indian national, be excused from visiting Pakistan for the limited-overs tour in accordance with the travel guidelines stipulated by the Government of India for its citizens,” reads a press release issued from the Zimbabwe side.”
Zimbabwe Cricket, whose officials in the build-up to the tour had spoken of the requirement for Rajput to be issued a travel visa, did say that the Pakistani authorities held their end of the deal.

So Rajput is out of the tour, bowling Coach Douglas Hondo will serve as the team’s head coach responsibilities.
Zimbabwe tour’s Pakistan this year in October 2020 after the COVID-19 pandemic in which ODI and T20 series will be played this tour is very important for Pakistan cricket because it also shows the High-security arrangements done by Pakistan for the international teams
