- A five-story building is nearing completion, featuring ICC Anti-Corruption and Anti-Doping units, physio rooms, and match officials’ rooms.
- Dressing rooms on the second floor are in the final stages, while 24 hospitality boxes across the third and fourth floors, with a capacity for 1,000 people, are almost ready.
- The Chairman’s Box and Admin Block on the fifth floor will be finished shortly.

- VIP pavilions, modern player entry pathways, and comfortable spectator seating with chairs from Gaddafi Stadium are being installed.
- Digital scoreboards and LED floodlights similar to those in Australia and South Africa are being set up for improved visuals and lighting.
Safety and Accessibility
- A 10-foot iron fence around the ground will enhance security.
- A pedestrian bridge for fans and parking space for 2,700 vehicles are being added, pending ICC approval.
