The US Coast Guard is looking for a female passenger who leapt overboard from a Carnival cruise ship after a commotion in a hot tub culminated in her being detained. At 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday, the Carnival Valor was 150 miles off the coast of Southwest Pass, Louisiana, when the 32-year-old African-American woman jumped from Deck 10 of the ship.
