Pakistan Army security forces have on Sunday conducted an area sanitization operation in Dewagar, North Waziristan, on confirmation of the presence of terrorists. According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), during an intense exchange of fire, one terrorist, Zahid-u-Din resident of Dewagar, was killed. The terrorist was an active member of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in Dewagar and Kharseen areas, added ISPR.
