In an address to youthful and green-minded voters in southern France on Saturday, French President Emmanuel Macron promised to put the environment at the core of his government if re-elected next weekend.   Macron staged a large rally in Marseille, a port city, while his opponent, far-right leader Marine Le Pen, paid a visit to a commune west of Paris.
