Billion Tree Honey: PM launches new project to promote quality honey internationally
Prime Minister Imran Khan has on Monday (today) launched the ‘Billion Tree Honey’ Initiative. Under the Billion Tree Honey Project, one million hectares of Pakistan’s forests will produce seven types of honey. Whereas, the production of honey will increase from 12,000 metric tons to 70,000 metric tons. Pakistan will be able to export honey worth Rs 45 billion annually to different countries.
