Powerful 7.3 magnitude earthquake hits Japan; left more than 50 injured

A strong earthquake with magnitude 7.3 struck off the coast of eastern Japan, close to Fukushima, leaving at least 50 people injured. According to reports, the epicenter of the quake was located 73.9 kilometers northeast of Namie, a coastal town 60 miles from Fukushima. The depth of the earthquake was about 36 miles. Injuries were reported in Fukushima and Miyagi prefecture.
