Libya’s National Oil Corporation announced Monday the closure of operations in the most important oil fields after a team of workers inside the key export terminal of Zueitina were blocked from operating. “The National Oil Corporation is obliged to declare a state of pressure Majeure at the oil port of Zueitina, such as all fields and producing stations related to
