Pakistan Army on Wednesday announced the promotion of several officers, six officers, from Major Generals to the Lieutenant-General rank. According to a statement released by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the media wing of the military, those promoted include MG Akhtar Nawaz Satti, MG Sardar Hassan Azhar Hayat, MG Asif Ghafoor, MG Salman Fayyaz Ghani, MG Sarfraz Ali, MG Muhammad Ali.
