Despite the worldwide emphasis on Ukraine, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken travelled to Panama on Tuesday to launch a fresh diplomatic effort to curb migration in Latin America, which has been a growing source of political issues.   The senior US diplomat’s two-day visit to Latin America is his first this year, and it comes only weeks before President
