Prime Minister Imran Khan, in an initiative to promote digital correspondence, will inaugurate Digital Pakistan campaign today here in Islamabad.

Under the  Digital Pakistan  campaign correspondence between government departments, which was previously done on paper, will be made digital.

Ministry of Information Technology will supervise the project and make it functional with in three months.

Previously on the 21st of December, Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui–the federal minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication had said that digitalizing Pakistan in the topmost preference of the government.
