Ryan Kaji who earned nearly $30m in a year from unboxing and reviewing toys and games on YouTube and now holds the title of the highest-paid YouTuber for the third year in a row.

YouTuber Ryan Kaji, 9, earned $29.5 million as this year’s highest-paid YouTuber.

The Texas boy also made an estimated $200 million from Ryan’s World branded toys and clothing, including Marks & Spencer pajamas.

Kaji, as per media reports, also signed a multi-million dollar deal for his own TV series on Nickelodeon but has not disclosed it yet.

Kaji is described as a “child influencer”, who first began making YouTube videos in March 2015 after watching other toy review channels.

Ryan’s World (formerly Ryan ToysReview) is a children’s YouTube channel featuring Ryan Kaji along with his mother (Loann Kaji), father (Shion Kaji), and twin sisters (Emma and Kate).

The channel usually releases a new video every day. One of the channel’s videos, titled Huge Eggs Surprise Toys Challenge has over 2.0 billion views as of November 2020, making it one of the 60 most-viewed videos on YouTube.

Kaji has influenced the toy industry; his toy reviews, especially those which get millions of views, will sometimes affect the toy’s sales.
