WhatsApp has introduced its new policy according to which user data will be shared with Facebook brands. The update has compelled the users to switch to other messaging platforms such as Telegram.
Telegram is a messaging platform, just like WhatsApp. The app is free and provides a cross-platform instant messaging experience with cloud-based operations. The platform also offers features such as voice and video calling, as well as VoIP. Initially, Telegram debuted on iOS in 2013 before switching towards Android the same year. Telegram has a vast userbase worldwide today.

You will get a code to verify the ownership of your number. Enter the code.
Open the menu or swift left. After that, go to settings to create your profile. You can add details such as display pictures, privacy settings, name, and others.
To ensure the privacy of the data, open Privacy and Security and set up Two-Step Verification for added security.
You can see contacts to find people who are using Telegram. You can also invite others using a link.
