After Microsoft revealed that Internet Explorer would be shutting down, the 27-year-old web browser is now set for its final curtain call. Microsoft said in a blog post last year that the Internet Explorer 11 desktop application would be decommissioned and support for certain versions of Windows 10 would end on June 15, 2022.
