iPhone 16: leaked image shows new camera design
We might have seen the first sneak peek of the iPhone 16...
In line with its customary practice, Apple is preparing to unveil fresh color options for its upcoming iPhones, and a recent leak has provided insight into what consumers can anticipate. According to the leak, the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max are poised to debut in never-before-seen color variants.
Citing information from tipster ‘Majin Bu,’ reports indicate that the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max will come in Desert Yellow/Desert Titanium and Cement Gray/Titanium Gray hues. Majin Bu describes the Desert Yellow shade as reminiscent of the Gold variant seen on the iPhone 14 but with a “deeper and richer” tone.
Unfortunately, renders of these new colors have yet to surface, leaving enthusiasts to rely on their imaginations for now.
Meanwhile, Titanium Gray is expected to resemble the Space Gray finish utilized on the iPhone 6 a decade ago.
It seems that Apple is still deliberating on the final names for these options, which explains the presentation of two choices for each. While additional colors are reportedly being considered, their likelihood of inclusion appears less certain.
As per Apple’s pattern of offering Pro iPhones in four colors, with white and black as standard selections, it appears that the Blue Titanium and Natural Titanium options from the iPhone 15 Pro lineup might be phased out, making room for these new offerings in 2024.
While diverse color choices are typically available for the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus, details regarding those options remain undisclosed at this time.
The iPhone 16 series is anticipated to launch in September this year alongside the release of iOS 18.
