A woman wields a large GUN in broad daylight on a Manchester street, which is shocking
THIS is the shocking moment a woman wields a large GUN in broad daylight on Manchester’s streets.
As terrified onlookers in Swinton, Salford, feared for their lives, the woman was seen stalking the streets with four companions while holding the air rifle.
During a search, police arrested a 34-year-old woman and seized the air rifle, as well as four knives.
The woman was seen striding with the terrifying gun, surrounded by four others, in the harrowing video, which was shot just before 5 p.m.
Witnesses said the woman appeared to be “stalking” someone because she had a “look of focus,” and they were afraid she would turn around and shoot at them.
The gun-wielding woman then pointed to something in the distance on Stanwell Road before sprinting to her car.
She then got in her car and drove to a house, where witnesses said the gunwoman appeared to have found her “target.”
One onlooker, who was with his young children at the time, said his daughter began crying when she noticed the woman was carrying a gun.
Recalling the weekend ordeal, he revealed: “I was taken aback.
“I hope she gets the punishment she deserves for making my daughter cry.”
One person can be heard saying in the background of the video: “The sick b**** has a gun. What the f*** is that?”
The incident is said to have occurred near the intersection of Sandwell Road and Partington Lane, just yards from a primary school.
Greater Manchester Police said in a statement: “A 34-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm and possession of an offensive weapon.
“Officers later searched a residence and seized a weapon, later identified as an air rifle, as well as four knives.
“She was released under investigation pending further investigation.”
