A Florida mother who apparently said taking care of her kid was “now and again annoying” has been charged after the malnourished child was found with a skull crack, as indicated by neighborhood police.

Haylee Kent, 21, was accused of kid disregard after police were told that a kid was being treated at a Jacksonville clinic for genuine wounds and ailing health.
