British female bus driver give ride to a sheep goes viral

A British woman began her first day of work as a driver without the slightest inkling of the extremely unique passenger who would accompany her. She had to stop the car while performing her task in order to transport a sheep.

Her employer, Brighton & Hove Buses, shared her experience on Instagram. On their official blog, they provided a thorough explanation of the fun event. “One farm admission, please! We’ll never believe it! Are you a herder? Driver Martine Patey saved a passenger off the A27 this week, they posted on Instagram. They also uploaded a photo of the sheep inside the bus and the driver.

They also included statements from Patey who described how she discovered the sheep and saved it in the blog. She said, “The sheep were rushing all over the road. It was challenging to catch, but when it slipped in front of me, I was able to grab it and use the strap of my handbag as a lasso. We were able to hold on to it until the police arrived because two other drivers had stopped to aid, she continued. Luckily, the sheep and its owner were later reunited.
