Gujarati NRIs held a musical event called Lol Dayro in Atlanta on Sunday to collect donations for Ukraine, with folk singer Geetaben Rabari performing.

Since Russia started an invasion of Ukraine, the whole globe has stood behind the country, with numerous individuals and groups banding together to collect funds for Ukraine. Many non-resident Indians (NRIs) in the United States have also donated to the cause, generating a significant sum of money.

NRIs poured heaps of money as contributions to Ukraine when Geetaben performed in front of a large audience. Dollar notes were scattered around the podium where the artist performed in photos from the occasion. Geetaben, according to sources, raised $300,000 (Rs. 2.25 crore) for the people of Ukraine.

She posted the pictures with the caption,”Had a great Lok Dayro show at Atlanta, Georgia, Usa 🇺🇸 for such an interactive live audience. Sharing some spiritual moments with you all.”
