Indiana woman sets a new world record for wakeboarding
Wakeboarding for almost 15 hours set a new world record for an Indiana woman.
When she began wakeboarding on Wednesday afternoon at Raccoon Lake in Rockville, Lori Keeton, who in 2021 achieved the world record by wakeboarding for 8 hours nonstop, broke her own record by finishing her attempt after 14 hours and 48 minutes.
Keeton had intended to try wakeboarding for 24 hours, but she gave up early owing to unanticipated difficulties including chilly temperatures and dehydration.
A nonprofit organisation called Wake For Warriors, which teaches water sports to veterans, benefited financially from the record attempt.

Earlier, on their birthday, most people either have a big party or a small get-together. But there are some people who want to do something different on their special day. Just like Duane Hansen from Nebraska, USA, who went on a river trip on his pumpkin boat for his birthday. The City of Bellevue, Nebraska, wrote a detailed post about the man’s adventure and shared it on Facebook. They also posted a few pictures of Hansen bringing his special boat to the river and then riding it. It’s possible that the post will surprise you.
