KARACHI: Metropolitan city is likely to receive light showers in the evening as warm westerly winds have entered the country and sea breezes are suspended.

Today the forecast will remain cloudy and there is a chance of drizzling in the evening.

However, heavy rain with thunder will hit the city tomorrow (March 17) that will remain till Sunday (March 19).

During this time, dusty winds or storms may also blow.

Today, the minimum temperature was recorded at 23 degrees Celsius.

The humidity in the air was recorded at 83%. While the maximum temperature is likely to be recorded at 35 to 37 degrees Celsius.

The met department has already predicted that the weather is to remain hot till today and will start turning pleasant by the evening with light showers that will turn intense from tomorrow.
