Karachi: According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the city witnessed its coldest night of the year, with temperatures plunging to a low of 9.5°C.
Across different areas, temperatures ranged between 5°C and 8°C, reflecting a sharp chill in the region. Today, the daytime temperature is expected to rise slightly, settling between 20°C and 22°C.
Quetta continues to experience icy northeast winds at 20–22 km/h, with the humidity level recorded at 58%.
The PMD has forecast clear skies throughout the day, with no rainfall expected over the coming week, allowing residents to enjoy mild daytime conditions while taking precautions during the cold nights.
