KARACHI: According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Karachi is expected to experience another day of hot and humid weather, with elevated moisture levels likely to intensify the feel of heat across the city.

The weather department reported that the minimum temperature was recorded at 29.8°C, while humidity levels reached 75 per cent, contributing to muggy conditions. The city’s current temperature stands at 31°C.
Meteorologists have forecast that the maximum temperature may range between 35°C and 37°C during the day. However, due to the high moisture content in the atmosphere, the weather is expected to feel significantly warmer than the recorded temperature.

At present, southwesterly winds are blowing at a speed of 8 kilometres per hour, maintaining humid conditions in different parts of the city.
The PMD further stated that the sky is likely to remain clear throughout the day, with no rainfall expected in Karachi.
