The Israeli Air Force reportedly carried out a large-scale overnight airstrike on Iran, targeting critical infrastructure across multiple regions, according to an Israeli military spokesperson.

The spokesperson stated that the strikes focused on government infrastructure in the heart of Tehran and included attacks on two intelligence headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and one Iranian Ministry of Intelligence facility.

In addition, weapons depots and air defense system locations were also reportedly hit. Israeli officials claimed that more than 50 targets in northern and central Iran were struck during the operation.

The war launched by the United States and Israel against Iran entered its 25th day on Tuesday, as conflicting claims emerged over possible peace talks.

US President Donald Trump said Washington was holding discussions with Tehran and suggested a broader agreement could be reached, but Iranian officials rejected the claims, accusing the US of trying to buy time as it deploys more forces to the region.
