UN has recorded the killing of more than 1,900 civilians since the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis.
It warns that the figures are much higher.
The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights stated that 1,982 civilians have been killed between February and April, including 162 children.
Moreover, 2,651 civilians have been injured, out of which 256 are children.
According to OHCHR, most of the deaths and injuries are caused by shelling and air strikes.
The UN Commissioner for Human Rights, Michelle Bachelet, has already expressed her outrage at reports of civilians being killed in Bucha, near Kyiv.
She says they posed serious and alarming issues about probable war crimes, urging evidence to be preserved.
