Senior Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) scorer Najam-ul-Saeed has passed away, marking a sad loss for the country’s cricketing community.
He was widely regarded as one of the most experienced and senior scorers in Pakistan’s domestic cricket structure.
Najam-ul-Saeed served for many years in both domestic and international cricket, where he played a vital behind-the-scenes role in maintaining official records and match scoring with great accuracy and professionalism. He was known within cricket circles as a highly responsible and skilled official.
According to sources, he was due to retire later this year; however, his sudden passing has left the cricket fraternity in deep mourning.
His funeral prayer will be offered today after Asr prayers in Samanabad.
