Ahsan Khan joins UK horror film ‘Faramosh’ with Samad Aariz

Pakistani actor Ahsan Khan is set to appear in the upcoming international horror thriller ‘Faramosh’ (Forgotten), joining UK based Pakistani producer and actor Samad Aariz in a major cross border film project aimed at bringing South Asian cinema to a global audience.

The film will be produced by Emberline Studio Ltd. and is expected to become one of the notable international collaborations in the region’s entertainment industry this year.

Written and directed by filmmaker Abu Aleeha, ‘Faramosh’ will begin shooting in the United Kingdom on Sept. 1, the production will continue until mid September, with filming planned across multiple locations in the country.

The Urdu, Punjabi horror thriller will feature artists from Pakistan and India, creating a diverse cast for an international cinematic project. The filmmakers aim to combine regional storytelling with global production standards while introducing audiences to a new style of South Asian horror cinema.
