Yungblud shares concert plans with fans after latest leg injury

In 2018, Yungblud performed at a festival in a wheelchair as well after injuring his ankle the night before another show.

Yungblud injured his leg in a dirt bike accident just hours before a performance in South Dakota, but the musician says he will continue his world tour despite the injury.

The singer told fans at a motorcycle event in South Dakota that he would not be able to move around the stage as he normally does. Videos shared by fans showed Yungblud addressing the crowd before his performance.

Yungblud later shared more details about the injury on Instagram. He posted photos of himself using crutches with his injured leg wrapped in a compression bandage.

Despite the accident, Yungblud confirmed that he plans to continue with his upcoming performances in Portugal and Belgium. He is scheduled to perform in Portugal on Aug. 18 and in Belgium later this month as part of his ongoing world tour.

This is not the first time the British musician has performed while injured. In 2018, Yungblud performed at a festival in a wheelchair after injuring his ankle the night before another show.

His latest injury comes after he canceled an appearance at a Canadian music festival last month. In a social media post, the musician said he was taking time at home in the United Kingdom to focus on his personal well being.

Yungblud’s commitment to continuing his tour despite using crutches and a compression bandage drew praise from fans, with one Instagram user calling his decision a great display of courage and dedication to his art despite the challenges he faced.
