Qureshi to move SC for bail in cipher case

PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi has decided to approach the Supreme Court of Pakistan for securing bail in the cipher case.

PTI legal team sources reported that Qureshi’s bail application is likely to be filed next week.

The legal team is awaiting a certified copy of the Islamabad High Court decision.

A bail application will be filed in the Supreme Court as soon as the certified copy of the decision is received, the legal team sources said.

PTI Chairman Imran Khan has already approached the Supreme Court for bail in the cipher case.

Both, Imran Khan and Qureshi remain behind bars in Adiala Jail in cipher case since over two months.
