Pakistanis living in Saudi Arabia must have a valid visa in order to enter Italy.
Only if Italy is the sole or primary destination of the journey may the Visa Sections of the Italian Embassy in Riyadh and the General Consulate of Italy in Jeddah issue uniform visas for short-term visits (for a stay of up to 90 days in any 180-day period) in the Schengen area.

Recent passport-size photograph
A valid travel document (passport) with an expiration date at least three months beyond the requested visa period
Return ticket, proof of booking, or confirmation of the applicant’s transportation arrangements
Evidence of sufficient means of subsistence as per the Ministry of the Interior’s Directive dated March 1, 2000
Supporting documents regarding the applicant’s social and professional status
Health insurance coverage of at least €30,000 for emergency hospitalization and repatriation expenses, valid across the Schengen area
Proof of accommodation, such as a hotel booking, a Declaration of Hospitality, or a declaration indicating the person inviting will bear accommodation costs.

Free for visa
The 80 euros in fees cover the administrative expenses incurred in processing the visa application.
Fees must be paid in the national currency of the nation where the application is being submitted, unless an exception applies.
