Apple, for the first time in 20 years, has started selling its products directly to consumers via online store in India.

The online store by Apple brings along a unique experience for consumers like product customizations, packaging, trade-in exchange offer and more.

The tech giant offers all its products in the store including the latest iPads and Apple Watch Series 6 and Watch SE. The price remains the same for all products. All financing and EMI options are also available.

Apple confirmed that due to the COVID-19 pandemic there’s no cash on delivery available for now. The company also claims that all orders will be delivered in a contactless manner.

The company, however, promises to deliver products for free within 24 to 72 hours from the date of purchase. The deliveries also depend on the remoteness of the location.

With the launch of the online store, the iPhone maker wants to deliver a unique customer experience to customers.

Experts will understand customers’ requirements and then help or guide them to choose the right product that meets their needs.

Apple is also offering Trade-in service for easy exchange of any eligible smartphone for instant credit towards a new iPhone.
