Pakistan’s cement exports increased by 9.58% during the first month of the current fiscal year 2026-27, compared with the same month last year.
According to data released by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, or PBS, the country exported cement worth $38.212 million in July 2026, compared with $34.870 million in July 2025.
In terms of quantity, cement exports increased by 11.96%, rising from 640,198 metric tons to 985,180 metric tons, according to the data.
On a month-to-month basis, cement exports also increased by 42.87% in July 2026, compared with $26.746 million worth of exports in June 2026.
Overall, Pakistan’s total exports increased by 9.54% in July 2026 compared with the same month last year. Exports were recorded at $2.939 billion, up from $2.683 billion in July 2025.
Meanwhile, the country’s imports also increased by 17.99%, rising from $5.837 billion in July 2025 to $6.887 billion in July 2026.
